Who we are
This website is run by CRYPTOFOCUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), which builds digital signing products and PrivaFocus, a data privacy platform and governance suite. For this website we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect, and why

We ask for your consent for each purpose separately, with a clear tick box. Nothing is pre-ticked. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from other companies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and send e-mail, such as our hosting and e-mail providers, under contracts that require them to protect it, and when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We delete demo bookings and messages 180 days after we receive them, unless we are working with you and need them for that relationship. If you ask for product news, we keep your e-mail until you withdraw that consent. Server logs are kept only for as long as needed to keep the website secure.
How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we apply the same privacy-by-design approach that we build into our products.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of your personal data and how we use it; to correct, complete, update or erase it; to withdraw consent; and to nominate someone to act for you. You can also raise a grievance with us. We will reply within the time set by the law.
Write to info@cryptofocus.in and tell us what you would like us to do. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
